The Old Enfield Charitable Trust is a unique charity. What do we do?We support the community of the Ancient Parish of Enfield with its history going back to well before the Doomsday book. ![]() How do we do it? The rents received from the Towns Market traders, about £250,000, is available each year for making discretionary grants. In a typical year around 320 general grants are given to help those in financial need, 50 students get help towards their education or training and grants are made towards other community projects. Other Projects?The Trust administers Ann Crowe's and Wright's Almshouse Charity which owns 10 Almshouses that are let to needy people already resident in the Ancient Parish of Enfield. | ||||
